Yeah. Because public advertised contests - online and IRL - are obligatory passed through a government-owned commission, known as "Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux" (Alcohol, races and games "commission"). If it hasn't gone by this commission, it's technically illegal in Quebec territory; processes to make it legal are long and costly. Therefore, a lot of companies like ANet don't want to pay the fees or don't see as "worth it", thus why Quebec residents can't apply.

My own instance has been created "OMFG U PWN" you can find it connecting any and all locations.Glint has become one of my heroes. They granted me a unique skill that instantly deletes any character I face in pvp and I absorb their total xp.

I agree! So what it costs money to do that in Quebec and Australia? With 5 million sold units, they can´t afford that?

That's because shipping to Australia takes 3 days, 5 nights, 3 lightyears, 1 lunchbreak and 1 apocalypse, since it's so far from everyone!

Did you see the question what do you like to do in GW or something like that? It has grief other players as an option lolol. Took me 2 tries btw.

And the reason they don't want to spend the money to do this in Quebec is because Xander is there and well that's reason enough.
